Queensland First Aid (QFA), a division of Australia Wide First Aid, has been providing first aid training in Brisbane and across Queensland since 1975.
In addition to first aid supplies and kits, we provide nationally accredited Apply First Aid and Perform CPR courses to the Brisbane community and at locations around the state.
Our Courses
QFA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering HLTFA311A Apply First Aid, which includes HLTCPR211A Perform CPR.
There are many advantages to training with QFA, including:
- Our easy to schedule one-day first aid course
- You receive your Apply First Aid or relevant certificate on the same day you attend
- Our first aid training requires no homework or other study
- Apply First Aid (previously Senior First Aid) is a seven (7) hour course. Participants receive a certificate valid for three years, provided CPR certification is updated annually. Our Perform CPR courses are available in Brisbane and elsewhere, and take only two and a half (2.5) hours to complete.
Group Bookings
Any organisation can take advantage of our group booking specials for first aid training and CPR courses in Brisbane or at our locations throughout Queensland. Save precious time when training with Australia Wide First Aid. Our Apply First Aid course (HLTFA311A) including CPR is only 7 hours and our Perform CPR course (HLTCPR211A) is only 2.5 hours. We also offer a one hour annual CPR renewal course for group bookings to minimise down time while keeping everyone's certification up to date. Come to us 7 days a week or we'll come to you for group bookings.
QFA can teach employees how to treat specific hazards and injuries. We have provided first aid courses to a variety of Queensland workplaces and industries, such as:

- Holiday and tourism resorts
- Assisted living facilities
- Hotels, restaurants and other hospitality businesses
Our first aid course can be tailored to cover risks particular to your working environment. Our scope also includes Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) training, which is particularly catered to electricians, air conditioning technicians and other tradespeople.
For Individuals
Everyone should take the time attend one of our CPR courses, at our Brisbane location or elsewhere. If you have a young family, or if you know someone that suffers from a medical condition, completing a first aid course can give you the confidence to handle an emergency till help arrives.
First aid training is highly valued by employers and in many cases a requirement of employment. We run courses 7 days a week, so there'll always be a course when you need it. There's no need to miss out on that great new job for lack of a first aid certificate. We issue certificates on the day of training where payment has been received.

Kits and Supplies
Undertaking a first aid course is just the beginning. Having a first aid supplies and kits on hand is essential to providing immediate care. We offer a wide range of first aid supplies and kits for businesses and homes, including:

How to Sign Up
You can book your Apply First Aid and CPR training by simply filling out our booking form. Select from one of our many locations, choose a course and a date from our calendar. We offer regular first aid training at all of our locations in Brisbane and regional Queensland.
