image image Recently I attended a First Aid Course by Queensland First Aid. I am a retired Trainer, having taught with Australian Red Cross for fifteen years. I was amazed at the simplicity of the Course I have just completed, which took seven hours.

The Trainer, Zoe, had the ability to put us at ease from the start and the use of Power Point was excellent. The CPR practical was well supervised and the Trainer was very supportive.

I was very impressed with the bandaging session, which taught us all we needed to know, but was kept simple. The afternoon theory section was conducted very professionally, but again, was kept to a minimum in explanation.

The Trainer was very calm in her delivery and held everyone's interest all day. I make no apologies for the way I conducted my courses for all those yearsm but I definitely believe the way this course was held is a vast improvement, especially if you are short of time. Employers couldn't help but be impresses with the time needed to spare their staff for those courses and they will have very confident First Aid workers coming back to them.

I would highly recommend this Training Company to you. You will be very pleased with the results. image

image As General Manager of Llewellyn Motors, I believe that employee risk mitigation and health & safety are important for business success. With the Llewellyn team 175 people strong, maintaining a healthy and safe workplace requires a sound knowledge base and relevant and thorough training, and this means Queensland First Aid.

Having personally completed the new nationally recognised first aid courses run by Queensland First Aid, I was impressed for two key reasons. Firstly the training provides a sound foundation for safety awareness both within the workplace and at home. And secondly the course is very “commercially friendly”. Staff attending the course expanded their first aid and workplace safety knowledge and skills and were evaluated within an efficient timeframe. This is a great return on investment.

Thanks Garry and the Team! image

image As an environmental educator, taking primary school children on explorations into the forest is a key element within my work. Safety awareness and current first aid training are essential to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience, and that if an accident should occur, I have the appropriate skills to efficiently assist a child or accompanying adult.

Current first aid training just makes good sense whether it’s in a work or home context and I recommend that anyone interested in improving or updating their skills, give Queensland First Aid a call. image
