What do I need to do before attending my First Aid Course?
You are required to read the Queensland First Aid e-manual and complete the e-learning assessment. These will be issued electronically after completing your booking. Students must successfully complete the e-learning assessment to be eligible to attend face to face training. E-learning assessments must be completed by 11:59pm, the day prior to your course.
Where can I attend a course?
Queensland First Aid offers first aid training in 20 locations across the country, including in most state capitals – Brisbane (QLD), Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Perth (WA). Please refer to our locations page for full list of Queensland locations.
When do I pay for my first aid course? How do I pay for my first aid course?
You are required to make a payment at the time of booking. This will ensure you receive your first aid certificate within 48 hours of successful completion of your course, and secures your booking. You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard online or over the phone with one of Australia Wide First Aid’s friendly customer service representatives.
What happens if I cannot attend my booked course?
Students who cannot attend their course are eligible for a refund or booking transfer. Please refer to our Fees and Refund policy. Conditions apply.
When do I receive my first aid certificate?
You will receive and emailed PDF of your Statement of Attainment within 48 hours upon successful competition of the course provided that you have made payment for your course, completed elearning assessment & have provided a valid USI.
Are Queensland First Aid and Australia Wide First Aid Courses Accredited?
Yes, we are a Registered Training Organisation, National Provider Number 31961. Our Courses are based on Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, and every successful participant is issued with a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment.
Do Australia Wide First Aid courses award me with Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?
Yes. You can gain Continuing Development Points (CPD) with Australia Wide First Aid.
